A. Any sign, signal, marking or device which purports to be or is an imitation of or resembles any official traffic control device or railroad sign or signal, or emergency vehicle signs, or which attempts to direct the movement of traffic or which hides from view or interferes with the effectiveness of any official traffic control device or any railroad sign or signal. Facilitate the provision of wireless telecommunication services to the residents and business of the City. B. Minimize adverse visual effects of towers through careful design and siting standards: C. Avoid potential damage to adjacent properties from tower failure through structural standards and set back requirements; and D. Maximize the use of existing and approved towers and buildings to accommodate new wireless telecommunication antennas in order to reduce the number of towers needed to serve the community.
