Nowthen Pastures plat — residential subdivision on PID 08-33-25-41-0001 along Norris Lake Rd NW & Nowthen Blvd NW. Spans preliminary plat review, public hearing, plat approval, and ongoing implementation.
The final plat for Nowthen Pastures is approved only if an executed developer’s agreement is completed.
